Since the release of Xiaomi’s high-end series phone, the Mix 4, nearly three years ago, no successor has been launched. However, it seems that our wait for the next Xiaomi Mix flagship is about to end, as prominent sources indicate notable progress.
Today, Digital Chat Station shared his latest findings regarding the Xiaomi Mix 5, which is said to be the most advanced technology-packed phone. According to the findings, a mysterious device is undergoing laboratory testing featuring a full-area high-resolution under-display front camera. This technology will provide a hole-less screen while maintaining a high-resolution front camera under the display.
To further enhance the full-screen experience, Xiaomi plans to remove the pressure screen strip and the extreme BM black edges. The back of the phone will feature a unibody full ceramic body. These features alone are more exciting than the camera and other specifications, making it worth the wait.
However, it is not yet known when this dream phone will be officially mass-produced. Currently, there is limited information available about the Xiaomi Mix 5, with only details of various experimental programs inside Xiaomi’s laboratory.
